RETURN POLICY:Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing. We strive to provide accurate and transparent product descriptions including sizing and fabrication details. Please review our product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged/misprinted/defective or if you do not receive your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to report a claim.
To report a claim for review, please provide us with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please hold on to your damaged/defective item as you may be asked to return it.

PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED / WRONG ADDRESS:
We understand that packages can occasionally get lost in transit. If a package is not received within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best course of action. In some cases, we may need to file a claim with the carrier or resend the package to ensure you receive your order.
We may require your assistance in confirming the correct shipping address and we encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier to locate the missing order. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for reshipping orders once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and you have not received them. We strongly recommend that you contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a complaint to resolve this issue. If the package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our part, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

All items are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
