The bulk of our items are made-to-order, meaning.  that each item is printed and then cut and sewn to create a unique final product. Due to this custom process, please allow for longer shipping times than with standard mass-produced items. We strive to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail for each order and appreciate your understanding that this process may take a bit longer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction or incorrect sizing. We strive to provide accurate and transparent product descriptions including sizing and fabrication details. Please review our product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. 

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged/misprinted/defective or if you do not receive your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to report a claim.

To report a claim for review, please provide us with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please hold on to your damaged/defective item as you may be asked to return it.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or in violation of our store policies. If you no longer wish to hold onto your item, please consider donating to a local charitable organization.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We understand that packages can occasionally get lost in transit. If a package is not received within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best course of action. In some cases, we may need to file a claim with the carrier or resend the package to ensure you receive your order.

We may require your assistance in confirming the correct shipping address and we encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier to locate the missing order. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for reshipping orders once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and you have not received them. We strongly recommend that you contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a complaint to resolve this issue. If the package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our part, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. 

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you have any questions or concerns about your package, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.

All items are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If the package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part, any replacements or shipping will be at your expense. We will do our best to work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues that may arise.

If a package is returned via the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package, we can reship the package to the correct address at your expense. If the package is returned due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues that may arise.


Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
